Recently, we had the pleasure of welcoming Elena and Francesca, who visited us on behalf of “I Bambini delle Fate” to share the results of a year filled with meaningful experiences and new relationships.
Elena, a fourth-year student at the Majorana Institute in Pordenone and a volunteer in the project, spoke about her experience alongside young people with disabilities, highlighting how this activity has taught her to be more organized and to face unexpected situations with calmness and confidence.
«This year, together with the group, we learned how to organize ourselves better and, above all, how to deal with unexpected situations calmly and with the right mindset.»
During the meeting, Francesca from Cooperativa Itaca, which collaborates on the project in Pordenone, emphasized the social value of the initiative: a meaningful opportunity for the young people involved to socialize, build relationships and share valuable experiences.
The activities will continue throughout the summer with opportunities for leisure and togetherness, including trips to the beach and afternoons at the swimming pool.
We are proud to continue supporting a project that helps build a stronger network of inclusion and meaningful relationships within our local community.
