In view of the 2025 review, we have begun our analysis with an in-depth discussion on the state of the regional metalworking sector.
We participated in the meeting “Navigating change: strategies and adaptation of metalworking companies in FVG”, promoted by COMET – Friuli Venezia Giulia Metalworking Cluster, which brought together companies, institutions and representatives from the world of research to explore the main transformations taking place in the sector.
During the event, the new report by the FVG Metalworking Observatory was presented, offering an up-to-date snapshot of the sector and highlighting a phase of recovery after two years of slight decline. This is an encouraging sign, confirming the ability of the local manufacturing sector to react to a complex context marked by changes of various sorts.
Participating in this event, which saw us take centre stage in sharing our best practices, was a concrete opportunity to share experiences and strategic reflections with other leaders in the sector. The meeting reinforced our belief that continuous analysis and open dialogue are fundamental tools for managing change in a structured and informed manner.
